An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Financial Adviser to join a highly regarded wealth management firm in Northampton, supporting an established client bank within a collaborative and well-structured environment.
This position would suit either:
- A younger or newly qualified adviser looking to build their career on strong foundations, gain exposure to an established client base, and develop within a well-supported advisory environment.
- An experienced adviser who prefers to step away from the pressures of business development and focus on delivering high-quality financial planning and long-term client relationships.
The successful individual will take responsibility for servicing an existing portfolio of clients, conducting annual reviews, and delivering ongoing financial planning support across pensions, investments, and wider wealth management needs. The priority for this role is not sales-driven growth, but ensuring clients are looked after by a capable and trusted adviser who can maintain and develop long-term relationships.
The Opportunity
- Existing client bank of approximately £7.5m FUM
- Around 100 annual reviews provided
- Working alongside an experienced Lead Adviser
- Established CIP / CRP structure in place
- Hybrid working model (4 days office-based)
- Stable and supportive environment with strong internal infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Conduct annual client reviews and ongoing servicing meetings
- Build trusted long-term client relationships
- Deliver compliant and client-focused financial planning advice
- Work collaboratively with paraplanning and support teams
- Maintain high standards of client communication and service
- Support the wider advisory function where required
Package
- £50,000-£55,000 basic salary
- £50 per completed review
- Existing recurring client work provided

Requirements
- Essential: Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent)
- Desirable: Experience within a Financial Planning or Wealth Management firm
- Current Statement of Professional Standing (SPS)
