Trainee Client Administrator / Client Support Specialist

The Opportunity
We’re supporting a highly regarded wealth management firm in Manchester looking to add a Trainee Client Administrator to their team.
This is a great chance to deliver top-tier client support in a collaborative team, with hybrid working and company bonuses included.
Key Responsibilities
- Support advisers with technical admin, meeting prep & follow-up
- Manage client files and process applications accurately
- Liaise with clients, product providers & third parties
- Use Salesforce CRM to update records and generate reports
- Produce templated letters and correspondence
What We’re Looking For
- Some office experience preferred (training provided)
- Familiarity with client systems like Salesforce (bonus)
- Confident communicator with great attention to detail
What’s on Offer?
- £25,000 – £30,000 salary (DOE)
- Biannual bonus (8% of salary last year)
- Hybrid working (1 day from home)
- Full-time: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm
