Financial Adviser Support
Location: Wakefield
A well-established financial planning firm with proven success in developing high-performing financial advisers is seeking a motivated and experienced Administrator to join their dynamic team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a collaborative environment, supporting Financial Advisers and contributing to delivering outstanding service to clients.
What will you do?
- Process new client applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems
- Liaise with providers to gather plan information
- Prepare reports and presentations for adviser meetings.
- Respond to client queries
- Assist with processing investment transactions
Preferred experience:
- 2+ years’ experience in financial services administration.
- An understanding of FCA regulations and compliance procedures.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
- Proactive attitude, and a commitment to professional development.
