Technical Administrator – Financial Adviser Support
Location: Bournemouth
Salary: £25,000 – £29,000

A well-established Financial Planning firm known for developing high performing Financial Advisers is seeking an enthusiastic professional to join their adviser support team.
What will you do?
- Collaborate closely with financial advisers and the back-office team to ensure seamless operations.
- Act as a key liaison for clients, handling queries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain communication with providers to manage documentation and updates.
- Prepare and manage client records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Draft Letters of Authority, schedule meetings, and manage adviser diaries.
- Process new business and prepare meeting materials to support client engagement.
Preferred experience:
- Background in financial services is advantageous (e.g., IFA, pensions, investments, wealth management, mortgages).
- Excellent administration, time management, and prioritisation skills.
