Joining a growing specialist Insolvency Division, you'll take responsibility for a portfolio of formal insolvency appointments while supporting and mentoring the wider team.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Insolvency, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of complex cases, develop the team's capabilities and play an active role in the continued growth of the division.

The role includes:

  • Managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including administrations and liquidations
  • Supporting and mentoring Insolvency Administrators through case progression
  • Ensuring cases are managed in line with relevant legislation, compliance requirements and internal procedures
  • Managing relationships with clients, creditors, regulators and other stakeholders
  • Leading on technically complex matters, including asset realisations and investigations
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and best practice across the team
  • Supporting the development and growth of the Insolvency Division

We're looking for someone with:

  • 4+ years' experience within corporate insolvency
  • Experience supervising or mentoring others
  • Strong technical knowledge of insolvency legislation and case management
  • Experience using IPS or equivalent insolvency software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence dealing with clients and senior stakeholders
  • A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of complex cases
