Our partner is a thriving, independent financial planning firm, part of a wider group, known for being client-focused and growth-oriented. They’re looking for a Senior Paraplanner to join their expanding team in Meriden.

If you’re a Diploma-qualified paraplanner with 3+ years’ experience ready to step up, take on more responsibility, and work alongside expert Financial Planners on a variety of technical cases, this could be the perfect next move.

What’s on offer:

  • Competitive salary up to £45,000 (depending on experience)
  • 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 29 days after 3 years and 30 after 5
  • Support to progress professional qualifications
  • Hybrid working: up to 2 days remote per week
  • Standard working hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm with 1-hour lunch

What you’ll do:

  • Deliver high-quality paraplanning support to Financial Planners
  • Prepare detailed, accurate suitability reports and conduct in-depth research & analysis
  • Liaise with clients and providers to maintain outstanding service levels
  • Handle complex technical queries and planning cases
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum 3-4 years’ paraplanning experience
  • Level 4 Diploma (essential), ideally progressing towards Chartered status
  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and protection
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to explain complex advice clearly
