An opportunity to join an established and growing St. James’s Place Practice in Cheltenham, supporting a busy client base and working closely with Advisers and the wider team.

This is a varied, client-focused role where you'll be involved in everything from managing client enquiries and applications through to helping keep the review process running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, providing a professional and responsive service
  • Managing client cases and supporting applications from start to finish
  • Liaising with providers and third parties to keep things moving
  • Keeping client records and internal systems accurate and up to date
  • Supporting Advisers with client administration, meeting preparation and follow-up
  • Helping coordinate client reviews and ensuring actions are followed through
  • Working closely with the Head of Client Relations to improve processes and procedures
  • Supporting the wider office with day-to-day administration where required

About you:

  • Previous St. James’s Place experience is essential.
  • Confident dealing with clients and comfortable being a key point of contact
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Experienced in client administration within an SJP Practice
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
  • Proactive, reliable and willing to take ownership
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team
