Trainee Financial Planning Administrator\\n Location: Manchester\\n Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 + bonuses (last year 8% of salary, paid half-yearly)\\n Working Pattern: 1 day WFH, remaining days in office\\n  \\n Start your financial planning career with a team that invests in you.\\n  \\n If you're hungry to learn, curious about how financial advice really works, and want a career with long term progression, this is your entry point.\\n  \\n You'll begin in administration, learn how an SJP Practice runs, build technical knowledge, and start working toward your qualifications. With time, you'll grow into paraplanning and, if you choose, move toward becoming a fully-fledged Adviser.\\n  \\n And yes – all exams fully funded.\\n Materials, fees, study support. The lot.\\n  \\n What you'll be doing\\n \\nSupporting advisers and paraplanners with day to day admin \\nPreparing client documents, reports, and meeting packs \\nKeeping client records accurate and up to date \\nLearning the technical foundations of financial planning \\nHandling applications and communicating with providers \\nUpdating the CRM (Salesforce) and helping the team run smoothly \\nBuilding confidence on the phone with clients What you'll bring\\n \\nA sharp eye for detail and an organised approach \\nStrong communication skills \\nA genuine interest in financial planning \\nA positive mindset and willingness to learn \\nComfort with Microsoft Office (Salesforce training provided) \\nSome admin experience helps, but attitude is what matters And the pathway ahead?\\n \\nLevel 4 Diploma fully funded \\nStructured development into paraplanning \\nOpportunity to progress into advising if that's where you want to go \\nRegular check ins and coaching tailored to your goals If you want a role where learning is constant, your work actually matters, and your future is taken seriously, this could be exactly the place to start
