What you'll be doing:

  • Lead adviser recruitment and support continued team growth
  • Work with Advisers on performance, development and progression
  • Build strategic relationships and identify new opportunities
  • Represent the practice externally with key professional contacts
  • Work closely with the leadership team on the future direction of the business
  • Bring commercial thinking and new ideas to support continued growth

About you:

We’re looking for an experienced professional who understands the Financial Advice profession and has the credibility to operate at senior level. You’ll need strong commercial awareness, experience of developing Financial Advisers and the confidence to build relationships both internally and externally. Most importantly, you’ll want to play a genuine role in building something, rather than simply managing what’s already there.
