Experienced Financial Planner (Northampton / Hybrid) £75k base + negotiated commission (Initial Advice Fee & Ongoing Advice Fee).
Take over active clients. Typical individual FUM £150k+. Step into a book that matters. Our client is a well established, growing advice firm with an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) structure – everyone has a stake in long term success.
They are hiring an Experienced Financial Planner to inherit a live client bank from a retiring adviser, with a phased handover and full support.
The role:
- Own a well established portfolio from day one; nurture and grow those relationships.
- Deliver holistic, face to face financial planning backed by a supportive ops team.
- Work closely with paraplanning/admin support on review packs, reports, and suitability letters.
- Collaborate across the practice; contribute to proposition and client experience.
