What you’ll do- Lead and develop your administration team, providing coaching, feedback, and 1:1 support
- Manage workflow, monitor deadlines, and resolve bottlenecks quickly
- Ensure office presentation, compliance, and risk standards are consistently high
- Support advisers in achieving maximum efficiency and client satisfaction
- Drive operational improvements and embed procedural updates
- Deliver a premium onboarding and staff experience, promoting the practice's values
- Proven experience in office or people management in a financial services environment
- Strong organisational, workflow, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop a small team
- Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce desirable), Microsoft Office, and digital tools
