Warehouse Supervisor Salary: £32,000 to £34,000 Location: Salford, Manchester Working pattern: Full time, Permanent About the Role FEB Logistics is looking for an organised, proactive Warehouse Supervisor to take ownership of the day-to-day performance of our Salford warehouse. You will lead and develop a team that keeps goods moving safely, accurately and efficiently. You will have the autonomy to improve processes and raise operational standards, and your work will make a visible difference across the business. It is also a chance to build your leadership skills while making sure customer and business requirements are met. What You’ll Be Doing Supervising daily warehouse operations and activities • Leading, motivating and supporting a team of warehouse operatives • Monitoring productivity and making sure operational targets are met • Coordinating the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods • Keeping stock handling accurate and inventory records up to date • Carrying out regular stock checks and investigating discrepancies • Making sure health and safety regulations and company procedures are followed • Assisting with workforce planning, scheduling and training • Finding ways to improve warehouse processes and efficiency • Reporting operational performance and issues to management What You’ll Bring Previous experience in a warehouse supervisor or team leader role • Strong leadership and people management skills • Good organisational and problem-solving abilities • Experience of warehouse management systems and stock control processes • Strong communication skills • The ability to work effectively in a busy warehouse • A good understanding of health and safety requirements in a warehouse setting • Knowledge of warehouse KPIs and performance management • An accredited forklift training licence is desirable but not required What’s On Offer Generous staff discounts • Pro deals with a range of outdoor brands • Paid charity day • Referral programme How to Apply The closing date is Friday 13th November.
