We are currently looking for a hardworking individual who has a passion for skiing and providing superior customer service, working in our ski hardware and ski boot fitting department.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and a keen interest in skiing. They must be highly organised, an excellent communicator, experienced and confident when dealing with customers.

As a Retail Assistant in our Ski Department, you’ll play a key role in helping customers find the right ski equipment and ensuring they have the best fit and experience. From boot fitting to sharing your passion for skiing, you’ll guide customers with expertise and enthusiasm.
What you’ll be doing
- Helping customers choose the right ski equipment for their needs
- Analysing customers’ feet and fitting the right ski boots
- Customising ski boots and creating footbeds for the perfect fit
- Representing Ellis Brigham and sharing your passion for skiing
- Maintaining the store to make shopping easy and enjoyable
- Completing store operations accurately and efficiently
Who you are
- Passionate about skiing with hands-on knowledge of ski equipment
- A strong communicator who can connect with people easily
- Experienced in customer-facing roles or confident in engaging customers
- Honest, hardworking and proud of your work
- Keen to learn and actively develop your skills
- Comfortable working in a team, taking direction, and making independent decisions
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
