As a Retail Assistant in our Ski Hardware Department, you'll help customers find and fit the right ski equipment. You'll use your technical knowledge to deliver expert service, from boot fittings to ski setup, ensuring every customer leaves ready for the slopes.
What you’ll be doing
- Helping customers choose the right ski hardware for their needs
- Analysing feet & fitting ski boots for comfort & performance
- Adjusting bindings & customising ski boots & footbeds
- Sharing your expertise, product knowledge, & passion for skiing
- Working with your team to deliver excellent service & create a welcoming environment
- Maintaining store displays & stock organisation
- Completing daily operations accurately & efficiently
Who you are
- Passionate about skiing, with experience and knowledge of ski hardware
- A confident communicator with good people skills
- Enjoy helping customers & creating a welcoming experience
- Practical, detail-oriented, & eager to learn
- Honest, hardworking, & team-focused
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, & holidays
- Fluent in English; extra languages are a plus
