The Impact You’ll Make: We’re excited to welcome a Talent Partner specializing in GTM and Corporate roles to join our growing Talent team at Elliptic. With a global headcount of circa 150 and ambitious growth plans, this role is pivotal for our strategic scaling. You will own hiring across specific client groups, identify and engage exceptional talent, shape candidate experience, and ensure alignment with our mission and values. This is an opportunity to influence hiring strategies, improve sourcing and market mapping, and design inclusive, effective processes.

- Exceptional sourcing capabilities across platforms and talent pools.
- Experience in market mapping and talent intelligence for GTM and Corporate roles.
- A passion for delivering outstanding candidate experiences.
- Proven ability to partner with hiring managers on job descriptions, interview plans, and assessment criteria.
- Ownership of end-to-end recruitment with a solution-focused approach.
- Experience in transforming and optimizing hiring processes, reducing time-to-hire, and enhancing candidate experience.
- Ability to implement scalable, data-driven, and inclusive hiring practices aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle hiring for assigned campaigns, from partnering with managers to offer making.
- Develop sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with managers to craft compelling job descriptions and define interview plans.
- Lead market research and talent mapping to build pipelines and provide insights.
- Ensure a first-class candidate experience with clear communication and inclusive processes.
- Support employer branding initiatives to boost Elliptic’s visibility.
First 6 Months Goals:
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and become a go-to talent advisor.
- Deliver measurable improvements in hiring processes.
- Meet or exceed KPIs like time-to-fill, candidate quality, sourcing effectiveness, and manager satisfaction.
- Contribute to high-priority hiring campaigns and improve our talent attraction strategies.
- Embed best practices in interview quality, feedback, and inclusive hiring.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in sourcing-centric roles, internally or via agencies.
- Focus on quality over quantity in hiring.
- Ability to source across technical/non-technical roles and geographies.
- Data-driven approach to problem-solving in tough markets.
- Strong partnership and communication skills with empathy and clarity.
- Passion for diversity and equity in hiring.
Bonus Points:
- SaaS environment experience.
- Experience with ATS systems like Pinpoint.
