- Understand tooling and technology as an enabler.
- Be AI fluent and inquisitive.
- Use Claude to shape the way we work.

You Will Be a Great Fit Here If You
- Have a strong track record of delivering senior revenue and go‑to‑market hires in a fast‑paced fintech, Web3, or crypto organisation.
- Are genuinely curious about AI and how it can transform recruiting — whether as a user of emerging tools or as a builder of automations and workflows.
- Are comfortable operating at the most senior levels of a business — advising C‑suite stakeholders and representing Talent in leadership forums.
- Bring experience, formal or informal, of developing other recruiters, and are motivated by making others better, not just by your own desk performance.
- Thrive in environments of ambiguity.
- You are a self‑starter who sets the agenda rather than waiting for direction.
Our Ideal Candidate Has
- A track record of consistent recruiting experience with demonstrable expertise in senior revenue and non‑tech hiring, in fintech, or crypto/Web3, in organisations focused on building talent density.
- Experience partnering with C‑suite or VP‑level revenue leaders as a strategic talent advisor, not just an order‑taker.
- Been building in AI tools such as Claude to improve workflows and experiences.
- Deep proficiency in Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent intelligence tools.
- Strong data literacy: you use metrics to tell stories, challenge assumptions, and drive decisions.
Bonus Points For

- Deep knowledge of and network in the global sales / revenue talent market across EMEA, APAC and North America.
