This is a critical role in Elliptic's Revenue and Marketing team, helping us scale pipeline growth from digital channels. As Digital Marketing Lead, you'll build and execute paid media and creative testing programs that generate qualified leads and measurable business outcomes. You will work cross-functionally across Product, Sales, Content, and Operations to connect campaign performance to revenue and ultimately support ARR expansion across our customer base of crypto exchanges, financial institutions, and blockchain networks. You'll play a central role in turning insights into scalable systems as we build a worldâclass B2B growth engine.
What you will do:
- Plan, launch, and refine highâperforming paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, Programmatic, Bing, and Telegram.
- Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies; continuously optimise to drive qualified lead generation and ROI.
- Build B2B audience and accountâbased targeting strategies to reach priority ICPs.
- Own testing strategy for creative, messaging, and landing pages, developing frameworks for continuous experimentation and learning.
- Collaborate with our content and SEO team to ensure alignment and synergy across paid and organic channels.
- Define and implement attribution models that connect marketing activity with pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Partner with RevOps to build reporting that helps drive decisionâmaking and future investment.
- Translate performance data into actionable insights, dashboards, and strategic recommendations.
What you will achieve in the first 6 months:
- Launch new paid campaigns across 2â3 key platforms (e.g. Google, LinkedIn, Reddit) targeting core ICPs.
- Deliver qualified leads within target CAC benchmarks to support pipeline creation.
- Build and deploy a structured A/B testing framework for creative, messaging and landing pages.
- Establish marketing performance dashboards highlighting CAC, conversion rates, LTV, and attribution across all digital channels.
- Identify key levers for growth across audience targeting, channel mix, and creative performance.

- Demonstrated handsâon experience managing highâimpact campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, and/or programmatic platforms.
- Experience working with crossâfunctional teams (RevOps, Sales, Product, Content) to align activities to revenue goals.
- Proven ability to turn campaign analytics into executable insights and briefings.
- Familiarity with B2B audience segmentation and accountâbased marketing principles.
Bonus points for:
- Handsâon experience with emerging ad channels such as Telegram or niche fintech forums.
- Familiarity with attribution modelling tools and multiâtouch analysis for B2B SaaS.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they can support paid media performance.
- Experience using AIâpowered marketing tools for bid management, ad testing, or audience creation.
- Fluency in Mandarin.
