The impact you’ll have:
Our customers have varied learning needs and training requirements to fulfil. Some have compliance or investigations experience in the fiat world, but are new to crypto. Some vice versa. We understand that one size of training doesn’t fit all. We work as a trusted partner, providing solutions to our customer’s unique learning needs, whatever the stage of their own crypto journey. You’ll join our Education team at an exciting time, and play a major role in expanding our portfolio of learning. We focus on the customer needs, the quality of the content, and the right channel of delivery. You’ll be bringing your experience, perspective, and ideas to the party!
What you’ll do:
- Supporting and contributing to end to end learning design and build - creating a compelling narrative and nailing the ‘so what?’ for learners and training managers
- Taking a multi-channel approach - face to face, live online or on-demand content creation can all feature in part of our portfolio of learning options
- Refreshing, enhancing, and evolving current Elliptic Learn products. As well as helping build new ones.
- Creating learning materials ranging from engaging ‘knowledge delivery’ to immersive scenario-based practical exercises
- Developing product-based learning, to support and certify our blockchain analytics solutions users
- Helping test and deploy new technologies, to enhance our learner experience. Or bringing your own ideas to the party!
- Working with industry leading subject matter experts
- Having contact with customers and learners, supporting their learning experience
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the Elliptic Learning Management System (LMS) and wider learning programs
You will be a great fit here if you:
- Have B2B and B2C learning creation experience
- Have developed and deployed learning across multiple delivery channels
- Enjoy collaborating with a broad range of teams and experts
- Are comfortable communicating directly with customers and learners
- Have previously used an LMS, and have a keen eye for the learner experience
Our ideal candidate is:
- Focused on the needs of the learner
- Curious, creative and detail-oriented
- Articulate - a strong communicator, orally and in writing
- A bit of a sponge - loves to research, listen, and learn
- Keen to share your ideas on ‘what’s next, and why we should…’
- Happy to explore new approaches, and be inventive when solving problems
- Not phased by a steep learning curve
- Able to boil complexity down to make it useful and engaging (learning should be enjoyable after all, right?)
- Thriving when working as part of a friendly, proactive team
- Collaborative at heart, but very happy flying solo too
- Comfortable being ‘front of house’ with customers when necessary (with support)
- OK to roll their sleeves up and dive in to whatever needs doing
- Accepting that what they planned to do one day, they may end up not doing, because something more important came up
Bonus Points if:
- You’re already familiar with crypto, crypto compliance, and/or blockchain analytics
- You’ve worked with global audiences, and recognise the nuances therein
- You’ve worked with both private sector and government clients, particularly in creating and deploying financial crime and/or product training
- You’re experienced with LearnWorlds LMS, Articulate 360, and Canva
- You’ve got experience of writing/sourcing/researching/curating content
How we work:
- Hybrid working and the option to work from almost anywhere for up to 90 days per year
- £500 Remote working budget to set up your home office space
- $1,000 Learning & Development budget to use on anything (agreed with your manager) that contributes to your growth and development
