Role Summary
You will work directly with Ellipsis' founder on sales, getting a front‑row seat to the implementation of GenAI in knowledge work, and learning incredibly quickly. You will master B2B sales and AI SEO strategy, and receive a fast track into commercial strategy.

Your role requires strategic insight and execution excellence. You will transform complex information into client opportunities, then fully own the implementation process. Clients value honesty, integrity, and expertise. You will earn trust by understanding business challenges and delivering results, not by aggressive selling.
AI‑native workflow
Ellipsis is not a normal agency. We built FALCON AI 18 months before ChatGPT and use an AI‑native workflow. Our team members are content writers because we hate slop, value quality, and value creating real value for clients.
Responsibilities to grow into
- Chase deals through email and LinkedIn - follow‑ups, nudges, re‑engagement
- Keep the CRM accurate and flag what needs attention
- Prep for sales calls (0‑4 per week): pull research from our AI tools, draft slides, build the story
- Write and send proposals
- Weekly sync with Ops on pipeline progress
- Attend conferences and events monthly (mainly London, occasionally abroad)
Growth Opportunities
- Join sales calls, then lead them
- Draft strategy decks independently
- Shape how we position and win work
- Understand client gaps and assess fit
- Talk with confidence about how we solve specific problems

- Experience in startup, business development, or agency environment preferred but not required
- Strong learning speed and curiosity

Travel Requirements
Travel once a month to London (conferences/events) and Oxford (meetings with the founder); future trips to Europe and the US.
