  • Work with the creative team to efficiently fulfil retailer and distributor marketing requests, maintaining strong attention to detail and coherence with our brand image and values.
  • Deliver impactful brand and NPD activations for retailers, including high-quality training materials, bespoke assets, and in-store or digital content.
  • Coordinate and execute trade events, including industry trade shows and retailer activations that elevate brand presence.
  • Create clear and actionable trade marketing briefs for the creative team, translating commercial objectives into effective campaign outputs.
  • Act as a brand ambassador during key customer meetings alongside the sales team, supporting relationship building and business growth.
  • Deliver product education and training for key retailers and distributors, in-person and virtually.

Your Toolbox:

  • Trade marketing experience: Proven experience within trade marketing, ideally within beauty, FMCG, or a related consumer goods sector.
  • Project management: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple activations, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Commercial mindset: Experience managing trade budgets, tracking ROI, and reporting on campaign performance.

  • Briefing skills: Ability to translate commercial objectives into clear, concise, and actionable briefs for the creative team.
  • Industry knowledge: A genuine interest in beauty and retail trends, with the instinct to spot opportunities and share insights across the business.
  • Effective management and allocation of trade marketing budgets in liaison with the sales team, ensuring return on investment.
  • Strong end-to-end project management of all in-store and digital trade requests, maintaining alignment across key stakeholders.
  • Delivery of best-in-class trade activations on time and in line with brand standards.
