CricViz has established itself as a market leader in the collection, analysis and dissemination of data across the worldโ€™s leading cricket competitions, with the largest and most sophisticated database in world cricket. Our work spans several verticals, including Performance Analysis, Broadcast and Media, and Fantasy and Gaming platforms. Customers include the BBC, Sky, Sony, ECB, and IPL-winning RCB

We are seeking a Customer Success Executive who will work closely with selected key CricViz clients in the broadcast and performance space. The role will focus on ensuring clients are happy in their working relationship with CricViz. This will involve fielding day-to-day queries, handling any issues that arise and exploring growth opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Full understanding of client relationship, regarding deliverables, contract dates, personnel and client ambition
  • Liaise effectively with the Customer Success Manager and the UK Head of Sales to ensure clients receive all deliverables as contracted
  • Responsible for contract renewals of managed accounts, as well as being aware of any upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with Ops and Tech teams to fully understand the feed collection and delivery process
  • To be a trusted advisor and ally to client

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience working in a client facing role
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Strong understanding of cricket
  • A proactive attitude, willing to learn about all areas of the business
  • Out of hours and weekend work may be required

Location: The successful candidate will be line-managed from the London office. Proximity to London is preferable. At least 1 day in the office a week is preferred.
