The Apprenticeship Provider: Cambridge Marketing College. Training is delivered weekly by the provider in a structured format using remote learning tools e.g. webinars, workbook activities and practice work related tasks to provide evidence of learning.
Key responsibilities:- As the Marketing Apprentice you will be responsible for completing marketing and communication tasks as well as managing related projects and campaigns.
- You will need to collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders within the department and across our functions including Branch, Commercial, Operations, Digital and HR.
- Creating and scheduling social media content aligned to promotions and supplier campaigns.
- Supporting content creation in-branch (photo, video and short‑form content).
- Assisting with the build and optimisation of promotional email campaigns.
- Segmenting customer audiences and analysing campaign performance.
- Supporting marketing automation journeys (welcome emails, re‑engagement campaigns, behaviour‑triggered emails).
- Reviewing results and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and sales.
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
- Genuine interest in digital marketing and marketing technology.
- Comfortable with data and performance metrics.
