Role Overview

The successful candidate will undertake a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship, supported by an Apprenticeship Coach from HTP Apprenticeship College.

Responsibilities

1. Learn about our products and services.
2. Communicate with customers face-to-face and via phone.
3. Provide accurate pricing and quotations.
4. Assist with invoicing and administrative tasks.
5. Serve customers in the yard, manually and using a forklift.
6. Load and unload lorries.
7. Receive and store products, handle paperwork.
8. Maintain yard housekeeping.
9. Support health & safety compliance.

Candidate Requirements

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Basic IT knowledge; training provided.
3. Numeracy skills for pricing and measurements.
4. Problem-solving ability and helpful attitude.
5. Friendly, positive, and organized.
6. Drive to succeed and excellent interpersonal skills.
