The Role: We’re on the lookout for a Structural Engineer with 2–5 years' experience (including at least 1 year in the UK) who’s ready to take the next step in their career and help us reimagine what engineering can be.
Essential Experience:- You’ll work on a range of exciting projects - big and small - shaping everything from community spaces to landmark developments.
- Assist in delivery of client projects within allocated time and budget.
- Work on all aspects of design for small and medium sized projects.
- Support senior engineers on larger, complex jobs.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, sustainability consultants, and fellow engineers.
- Take part in site visits, meetings, and hands-on problem solving.
- Help shape project scopes and fees.
- Guide to carry out drawings and production info.
- Keep your CPD and Chartership goals on track (we’ll support you every step of the way).
About You: We’re looking for someone thoughtful, technically strong, and collaborative – someone who wants their work to have a positive impact.
- 2–5 years’ post-grad experience in structural engineering.
- Minimum 1 year in a UK-based engineering consultancy.
- On your way to Chartership (or already working on it).
- Comfortable working independently on smaller jobs and contributing to larger teams.
- Solid communicator fluent in verbal and written English with a positive, can-do mindset.
- Familiarity with timber or composites? This is a big plus!
