Our client is an innovative and established fintech company, looking to hire an Engagement and Inclusion Lead to join their HR team. This is a newly created role with one junior team member providing support.
Employee engagement is a top priority for the business, alongside fostering a workplace that truly values wellbeing. As the company continues its impressive growth, this role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the organisation evolves with a strong focus on leadership, values, and culture.
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in Culture, EDI (Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion), and Wellbeing, combined with the commercial acumen and credibility to influence leadership. You will be responsible for driving meaningful change through the development of innovative policies that enhance the organisation’s culture and create a positive, forward-thinking environment. Ideally you will have worked in an innovative financial services, tech or professional services business and be comfortable being hands on as well as setting strategic direction.
