The role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support the Directors and Executive Leadership team. This role will work closely with the broader HR team and liaise directly with the Head of Talent Acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the recruitment strategy and ensuring the business attracts and retains top talent.

Summary of the role and key responsibilities
- Partner with Directors and Executive Leadership to understand hiring needs and develop talent strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Work closely with HR business partners and specialist HR functions, including Learning & Development, Reward, and HR Operations.
- Develop innovative talent attraction strategies to support business growth.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and promote employer branding initiatives.
- Provide data-driven insights to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
Key skills required
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a high-growth or technology-driven organisation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Experience in managing executive-level recruitment processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and strategic mindset.
