A leading challenger bank is seeking a commercially minded and strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join its high-performing People team. This is a strategic senior HR role supporting the banking operations client group across the UK and offering the opportunity to partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategies that support business growth, employee engagement, and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving strategic people initiatives including organizational design, performance management, and talent planning.
- Provide expert support on employee relations matters, ensuring fair, compliant, and consistent practices.
- Partner with specialist teams across Talent, Reward, and L&D to implement cohesive, business-aligned solutions.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and measure impact of people initiatives.
- Champion a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned with the bankβs values and long-term vision.
Key Requirements:
- Significant experience in a senior HRBP role within a fast-paced or regulated environment.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working at executive level.
- Proven ability to lead through change and support business transformation.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or a high-growth tech environment is advantageous.
