Summary of the role and key responsibilities
As an Employee Relations Manager, you will:
- Partner closely with the Head of ER, CPO, and HR business partnering team to develop and implement ER strategies.
- Provide expert advice on complex ER matters, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Support the business in managing employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, and investigations.
- Work proactively to enhance workplace policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure alignment of ER practices with the latest financial services regulations and best practices.
Key skills required
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Extensive experience in Employee Relations within the financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to manage complex ER cases and provide strategic advice.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
