We are looking for an experienced Senior Employee Relations (ER) Manager to work alongside the Head of ER in shaping and delivering the ER strategy for a leading fintech organisation.
The role involves providing expert ER and regulatory advice to the business, CPO, and HR business partnering team.

Summary of the role and key responsibilities:
