The role involves working in exclusive partnership with a market leading brand to build out their Operations, Reward and Data capability. They are looking to hire a Reward Manager to further develop their compensation and benefits framework.

  • Implementing benefits matrix
  • Managing benefits renewals & reviewing new/alternative options or enhancing existing offerings
  • Improving communication & adoption of current initiatives – people experience aspects
  • Improving the self service of benefits
  • Reward programme development & introduction of a Reward Gateway/System
  • Budgeting
  • Compliance
  • Data analysis, KPI development & reporting
