Job Description

We’ve partnered with a global UK-listed multinational within the FMCG / Manufacturing space on the search for a Reward Manager to support the European region. This is a key strategic role that works closely with senior leaders to partner and advise on the total reward strategy for the region. The role is well suited to Reward Managers who are ambitious, great at building relationships and engaging with senior stakeholders.

Summary of the role and key responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on complex reward issues and to ensure alignment of the reward agenda.
  • Collaborate with teams globally to deliver on benefits and well-being initiatives and reward strategy.
  • Lead ongoing and adhoc compensation and benefits projects ensuring market competitiveness
  • Working closely with HR to develop reward capability and knowledge
  • Oversight of cyclical reward processes, pay transparency and market competitiveness

Key skills required:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a total reward capacity
  • International experience, especially across European markets
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to align reward strategies with business goals
  • Spanish and French language skills are beneficial but not essential
