The Role & Company
We’re working with a leading global financial services firm, based in London, that’s looking to strengthen its learning and talent capabilities across the group. As they continue to invest in developing future-ready leaders, they’re hiring an experienced Senior Manager – Talent Development & Learning to help shape and deliver impactful leadership and learning strategies.
This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing, fast-paced organisation where learning is a key business priority. The role sits at the heart of their global talent development strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders to design and lead high-impact learning programmes that drive real business outcomes.
We’re ideally looking for someone with a background in investment management or financial/professional services, who understands the importance of aligning learning with business transformation and can operate confidently with senior leaders.
