The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

This is a great opportunity for a capable Junior HR Business Partner to support two growing front office business functions, with the provision of a professional, comprehensive and pro-active HR service to the organisation. International hiring and interviewing will be key over the coming 12-18+ months. In addition to functional alignment, the Junior HRBP will be a key point of contact for our London offices and will cover various smaller functional areas independently as an HR Generalist.

Summary of the role and key responsibilities

  • Provision of best practice HR advice, guidance and coaching to line managers and employees
  • Management of HR support processes through the whole employee lifecycle
  • Full ownership of end-to-end recruitment campaigns, in both the UK and international locations
  • Provide support on employee relations cases, advising line managers and employees in line with local legislation and best practice
  • Drafting and preparing employment documents (e.g., contracts, transfer letters etc) as well as handling any employment disputes
  • Onboarding and offboarding of employees within their designated coverage areas, including globalising and/or streamlining any existing processes to make them fit-for-purpose
  • Responsibility for SMCR for our regulated employees in the London office, in coordination with Compliance
  • Entry and maintenance of employee master data in Workday, as well as the administration of employee folders
  • Coordination of salaries, special annual payments, bonus/other payments to internal payroll colleagues (this role will not be responsible for payroll)
  • Active contribution and delivery of HR projects and process improvement as we evolve and digitalise our HR work
  • Close collaboration with peers across Germany and UK will be instrumental in building out the role, including successful delivery of projects
