We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to join our client’s dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic HR initiatives while working closely with senior HR leaders.

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support the Corporate Enablers function, including HR, Corporate Communications, Finance, and General Counsel, ensuring that managers are well-equipped to handle people-related matters effectively.

Summary of the role and key responsibilities
As an HR Business Partner, you will:
- Create data packs and supporting materials to consolidate key people information and provide analysis
- Support cyclical HR activities such as talent reviews, annual compensation review cycles, and salary benchmarking exercises
- Act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, addressing HR-related inquiries and resolving issues proactively
- Assist in employee relations matters and contribute to change management and restructuring initiatives
- Work with the HR team to embed Employee Experience Programs and support DEI initiatives
- Collaborate with senior HR leaders, preparing reports and presentations for executive-level meetings
Key skills required

- CIPD qualification or relevant HR experience
