HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Job description
We have partnered with one of our preferred banking clients who has an urgent need for a HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support the HR population. You will be working closely with the HR Director to support her on global HR projects. The individual will need up-to-date knowledge on UK employment law and additional exposure to HR transformation and change will be advantageous.
This opportunity is ideal for Business Partners who are available at a short notice, enjoy getting involved in HR projects and are excited to contribute towards organisational change. The preferred candidate will have 10 – 20 years experience, ideally within the Financial Services sector.
