Engage & Retain Talent: Drive Operational Excellence: Manage policies, compliance, and continuous HR improvement across the board. Support and coach managers to lead with impact. Data-Led Decisions: Use insights and HR analytics to influence business strategy and measure success. Proven senior-level HR leadership, ideally within fast-paced or entrepreneurial environments Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices. Track record in developing people strategies, leading change, and managing the full employee lifecycle. Confident in using HR systems and analytics to drive outcomes. Passion for people, performance, and continuous improvement. Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing headcount and budget planning.
