This is a critical and new hire designed to elevate HR operations and the people experience to match the company’s reputation for slick, tech-driven, seamless processes. While the customer experience is best-in-class, the employee journey—from onboarding to benefits to everyday interactions—needs to match that standard. This role will hold a lot of visibility across the whole business, ensuring that every touchpoint in the employee lifecycle is efficient, intuitive, and engaging. This person will be streamlining HR processes to create a high-impact and seamless experience for employees. There is a real focus on ensuring that the operational foundation of HR is scalable, data-driven, and innovative. You will overhaul HR processes, ensuring they are seamless, intuitive, and efficient. You will be able to take HR operations to the next level, making it tech-driven, automated, and employee-friendly. Drive best-in-class onboarding, creating a slick, engaging, and flawless experience.
What We’re Looking For
- HR Ops & Transformation Expertise – Proven track record in HR operations, Workday implementation, and process automation and improvement.
- Tech-First Mindset – Background in technology-led environments, with a strong focus on data, MI, and automation.
- Strategic Yet Hands-On – Can build and scale, while still being comfortable doing the work when needed.
- Change Agent – Experienced in driving HR transformation, process improvements, and digitalisation.
- Employee Experience Champion – Passion for creating seamless, engaging, and high-impact employee journeys.
- Commercial & Data-Driven – Strong understanding of business impact, workforce analytics, and operational efficiency.
