Working for a niche investment management firm, this role offers autonomy over the European business, providing strategic direction while ensuring effective HR operations are in place. You will collaborate closely with the Global HR team and business leaders to drive both strategic initiatives and operational excellence. The role suits someone who has the full breadth of HR experience and who is happy to roll their sleeves up as well as provide strategic direction and drive improvements to HR for the European business and leaders. Ideally, you will have worked in Investment Management, Financial, or Professional Services. You will have a proactive approach and enjoy working and collaborating with regional and global teams. It is a very collegiate environment.

Summary of the role and key responsibilities
As a Head of HR / Senior HR Generalist, you will:
- Provide strategic HR direction and lead the HR function for the European business
- Ensure operational HR processes are efficient and in line with business goals
- Work closely with Global HR and business leaders to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on all HR matters, including employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development
