Elliott Scott HR is pleased to be partnering with a leading international Retailer based in Central London to recruit a Head of HR/Senior HR Business Partner.

Please note that this role is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in the office/travelling sites and 2 days at home.

The role

We are looking for commercially focused Heads of HR or Senior HR Business Partners who have worked within fast-paced and high-growth international businesses.

Summary of the role and key responsibilities

As a Head of HR/Senior HR Business Partner, you will:

1. Work with retail operations and corporate business teams to drive the People Agenda.
2. Report to the CPO and provide operational, strategic, and commercial HR solutions to a diverse client group.
3. Work closely with the SLT to drive the HR agenda across a diverse client group.
4. Focus on Employee Relations, HR Analytics, Talent Management, Change Management, and Employee Experience.
5. Partner with HR COEs to deliver an HR strategy centred on growth and change.

The ideal candidate should possess:

1. Proven HR experience within high-growth, fast-paced international retail/hospitality businesses.
2. Ability to drive HR Change & Transformation while remaining operationally focused.
3. Experience partnering commercial and corporate client groups at SLT level.
4. Strong expertise in Employee Relations, HR Analytics, and Change Management.
