We are seeking an experienced Divisional Manager to lead and grow our commercial roofing and cladding division. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for overseeing high-value projects (ranging from £50,000 to £1 million) while driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership and operational management of the Roofing & Cladding division.
Oversee multiple commercial projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Lead, mentor, and develop project teams to maximise performance.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary senior point of contact.
Ensure compliance with all health & safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for the division.
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the divisions client base and service offering.
Candidate Requirements
Proven track record in a senior management role within the commercial roofing and cladding sector (e.g., Divisional Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Contracts Manager).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and direct multi-disciplinary teams.
Excellent commercial awareness and financial management skills.
