Divisional Manager Roofing & Cladding
Location: Stirling and Falkirk, Scotland
Salary: £55,000 £62,000 + Company Car
We are seeking an experienced Divisional Manager to lead and grow our commercial roofing and cladding division. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for overseeing high-value projects (ranging from £50,000 to £1 million) while driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and operational management of the Roofing & Cladding division.

Oversee multiple commercial projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary senior point of contact.

Ensure compliance with all health & safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

Candidate Requirements
