Elliott Recruitment are delighted to be working with a national market-leading organisation to recruit an experienced Bathroom Installation Manager to cover Ipswich and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing business on a permanent basis.
Reporting directly to the Director of Installations, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring high-quality bathroom installations are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Conduct detailed technical surveys within customers' properties to ensure right first-time installations
- Manage and oversee installation teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Carry out regular site visits to monitor quality, progress, and compliance
- Manage remedial works and warranty claims
- Produce and interpret CAD drawings and installation plans where required
Previous experience in an Installation Manager role within bathrooms, kitchens, or the wider construction/building sector is essential, along with a strong knowledge of plumbing and general building trades. Essential experience using CAD software is required, and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems would be advantageous.
Full UK driving licence is necessary.
Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience, with a £4,800 car allowance and a bonus scheme. Additional benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and additional birthday leave. A laptop and mobile phone will be provided.
