We Don't Just Design Bathrooms. We Help People Stay Independent. Our clients' customers are looking for much more than a new bathroom. They're looking for confidence, safety, and independence. Whether it's a level access shower, walk-in bath or smart toilet, the goal is to help people remain in the home they love for as long as possible.

As demand continues to grow, my client is looking for an experienced Bathroom Designer to join their successful team, covering Scotland.

The Opportunity

We're recruiting a Bathroom Designer to visit customers in their homes across Scotland, designing bespoke adapted bathroom solutions. This isn't about high-pressure sales. It's about listening, understanding what's important to each customer, and creating the right solution for their home, lifestyle and future. Every appointment is pre-qualified, allowing you to focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience and designing practical, high-quality bathrooms.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Visiting customers in their homes across Scotland.
  • Understanding their lifestyle, mobility needs and future requirements.
  • Designing bespoke adapted bathroom solutions.
  • Presenting premium products with honesty, professionalism and expertise.
  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience from initial consultation through to installation.
  • Helping maintain an excellent reputation for quality, service and customer care.

Who We're Looking For

Ideally, you'll have experience in:

  • Bathroom design or sales
  • Home improvements
  • Kitchen design
  • Mobility products
  • Or another consultative, customer-facing sales role

However, experience isn't everything. If you're passionate about helping people, naturally build trust and enjoy creating solutions that genuinely improve people's lives, we'd love to hear from you. My client will provide comprehensive product knowledge and ongoing support. Your attitude, professionalism and customer focus are what matter most.

Why Join Them?

My client's reputation has been built on trust, quality and exceptional customer service. They don't believe in hard selling. They believe in listening and doing the right thing for every customer. Every bathroom they install helps someone live more safely, more comfortably and more independently. You'll be joining a team that takes real pride in making a positive difference every day.

What They Offer

  • Qualified customer appointments.
  • Base salary of £30,000.
  • £5,000 car allowance.
  • Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £85,000+.
  • Full product and design training.
  • Ongoing coaching and development.
  • The opportunity to build a rewarding career with an established and respected specialist in mobility bathrooms.

The Person

You'll be:

  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
  • An excellent listener and communicator.
  • Honest, professional and approachable.
  • Self-motivated and well organised.
  • Someone who enjoys building lasting customer relationships.
  • Committed to providing the very best solution for every customer.

One Final Question

When you leave a customer's home, do you want them to remember the person who sold them a bathroom or the person who helped design a safer, more independent future? If it's the second, we'd love to hear from you.
