We are looking to recruit a QA Administrator / Document Controller to support our clients Quality Assurance function. This role is responsible for controlling, maintaining, and distributing company documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accessibility in line with quality management system requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the receipt, issue, and electronic storage of controlled incoming and outgoing QA documents in accordance with QA procedures.
  • Monitor project Extranet sites, retrieve comments and information, and distribute updates to the relevant team members.
  • Upload documentation to project Extranet sites as required.
  • Collate information for weekly and monthly reports.
  • Assist in the development and administration of procedures and protocols to ensure effective document control and document movement.
  • Provide general administrative support to the QA department as required.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Strong IT and communication skills.
  • GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in administrative duties or document control.
  • Experience using PDF editing software would be advantageous.
