Were looking for a Customer Service Advisor who takes real pride in guiding customers through their journey, owning issues end-to-end, and making sure people feel listened to, informed, and supported.
This role sits at the heart of our clients business. From installation through to completion, youll be the main point of contact, keeping customers updated, working closely with installers and project managers, and seeing every case through to resolution.
What youll be doing day to day
- Acting as the customers main point of contact during their installation
- Making regular outbound calls to customers and installers to check progress and tackle issues early
- Managing complaints and problems through to resolution with empathy and ownership
- Liaising with project managers and internal teams to keep everything moving
- Tracking installations and customer journeys accurately on the CRM system
- Updating systems, trackers, and reports to ensure full visibility of progress
- Collecting outstanding balances once work is completed
- Working towards individual and team KPIs while maintaining a high standard of service
- Supporting teammates and providing cover when needed to keep service levels high
