This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, working towards targets and turning warm enquiries into genuine sales opportunities.
Youll be speaking to customers who have already expressed an interest in the service, so these are warm leads not cold calling .
What youll be doing As a key member of the team, youll be responsible for: Making outbound calls to warm leads and customers who have requested contact.
Building rapport and quickly understanding each customers individual needs.
Using empathy and excellent listening skills to provide a first-class customer experience.
Qualifying enquiries and booking appointments for Field Sales Advisors.
Managing and maintaining busy diaries for the field sales team.
Reconfirming appointments and proactively rescheduling where necessary.
Helping optimise sales routes and minimise unnecessary travel.
Ensuring every genuine sales opportunity is followed up and fulfilled.
Working towards individual and team targets while maintaining consistently high customer service standards.
About you Were looking for someone who is confident, driven and genuinely customer-focused .
Youll ideally have experience in a sales, customer service, call centre or telephone-based environment, but most importantly, youll have the right attitude and a natural ability to connect with people.
Youll be: A confident and engaging communicator.
Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers.
Empathetic, patient and able to listen to customers individual needs.
