Elliott Moss Consulting is currently looking for IT Recruitment Manager to join our team.
Key Deliverables:
- Developing new business opportunities and creating a good requirement pipeline
- Responsible for the entire 360-degree recruitment process management- sourcing candidates, managing client and onboarding process.
Responsibilities:
- Developing Business development strategy to identify new clients and opportunities in the technology and software engineering sector
- Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates\’ skills and suitability for different roles
- Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels
- Negotiating job offers and managing the onboarding process for successful candidates
- Keeping an eye on all regulatory requirements of the UK Markets
- Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
