Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Java/Kotlin Developer to support investment system-related enhancements for our ongoing projects. The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills, the ability to work independently, and the adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and implement solutions for investment system enhancements
· Perform code reviews to ensure high quality and adherence to best practices
· Provide production support independently, troubleshooting and resolving system issues
· Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
· Adapt to changing business needs and demonstrate agility in daily work
· Apply strong problem-solving skills to develop efficient and scalable solutions
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fields
· At least 8 years of experience in system development
· Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Java/Kotlin
· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills
· Ability to design, implement solutions, and perform code reviews independently
· Ability to provide production support independently
· Fast learner with an agile mindset and adaptability to change
Good to Have
