We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS / Convergent Charging (CC) Consultant to manage and support SAP landscapes with a focus on SAP Convergent Charging. The role involves ensuring system stability, high performance, and seamless integration across complex enterprise environments, particularly in high-volume, real-time charging scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- SAP Convergent Charging (CC) Administration
- Administer SAP CC environments including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Perform system migrations, refreshes, and landscape transformations.
- Manage pricing catalogs, charging plans, and configuration transports.
- Ensure high availability and optimal performance for real-time transaction processing.
- Troubleshoot issues related to charging, rating, and system integrations.
- Execute upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management of SAP CC components.
- SAP BASIS Administration
- Perform end-to-end SAP BASIS administration across DEV, SIT, UAT, and PRD environments.
- Manage transports, client administration, and background job scheduling.
- Support SAP system migrations (on-premise to cloud / RISE).
- Monitor system performance and conduct tuning and optimization.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with infrastructure and SAP support teams.
