RPA Developer

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced RPA Developer with a strong background in Blue Prism and a passion for integrating AI, LLMs (Large Language Models), and cloud-based automation platforms like Amazon Bedrock. Key Responsibilities · Design, develop, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using Blue Prism. · Integrate RPA with AI/LLM tools, Amazon Bedrock, and Web Services/APIs to enhance automation capabilities. · Utilize Blue Prism Decipher, Interact, and Hub for intelligent document processing and user interaction management (preferred). · Collaborate with Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts to assess automation feasibility and define requirements. · Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD). · Perform process assessments and recommend automation strategies aligned with business goals. · Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing RPA bots to ensure optimal performance. · Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and issue resolution for RPA-related problems. · Engage stakeholders to align automation solutions with evolving business needs. Required Qualifications Education: · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Experience: · Minimum 3 years of hands-on RPA development experience (Blue Prism preferred). · Proven experience integrating RPA with AI models, Amazon Bedrock, Web Services, and automation frameworks. Technical Skills: · Expertise in Blue Prism RPA tools and best practices. · Proficiency in Java or C# for extending and integrating automation solutions. · Experience with REST APIs and Web Services integration. · Hands-on use of Blue Prism Decipher, Interact, and Hub is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
